Not happy with your book? We'll rewrite it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
How to ask
Write to [[email protected]] within 30 days of receiving your book. Tell us which book it is and whether you'd like it rewritten or your money back. You don't have to give a reason, though it helps us make better books.
A rewrite
If you'd like a rewrite, tell us what didn't work for you, such as the tone, the depth, or the topics it covered. We'll write the book again with that in mind, at no cost, and email you when the new version is ready.
A refund
If you'd rather have your money back, we'll refund the full price, including the audiobook if you bought one. Refunds are paid through Paddle, our payment provider, to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something goes wrong
If we can't finish writing your book, we'll refund you in full without you having to ask.
